GTC

§ 1 Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all bookings and contracts concluded via the Salento Moments website or by e-mail/telephone. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized unless Salento Moments expressly agrees to their validity in writing.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
The presentation of experiences and services on our website does not constitute a binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to send a booking inquiry.
By sending a booking request, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is only concluded with our written booking confirmation by e-mail.
§ 3 Prices and payment
All prices quoted are in euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated. A deposit of 30% of the total price is due within 7 days of booking confirmation. The balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the date of the experience.
§ 4 Cancellation and withdrawal
Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail. The following cancellation fees apply:
- Up to 30 days before the date: cancellation free of charge
- 29 to 14 days before the date: 50% of the total price
- 13 to 7 days before the date: 75% of the total price
- Less than 7 days before the date: 100% of the total price
Salento Moments reserves the right to postpone experiences due to weather conditions or force majeure. In this case, an alternative date will be offered or the full amount will be refunded.
§ 5 Scope of services
The scope of the agreed services is set out in the booking confirmation. Requests for changes after the booking confirmation will be taken into account where possible, but may incur additional costs.
§ 6 Liability
Salento Moments is liable for the careful selection and monitoring of service providers. We accept no liability for service disruptions caused by force majeure, unforeseeable or unavoidable events.
The liability of Salento Moments is limited to three times the price of the experience, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
§ 7 Data protection

§ 8 Applicable law
The law of the Italian Republic shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Lecce, Italy. For consumers within the EU, the law of their country of residence shall also apply insofar as mandatory consumer protection provisions are concerned.
§ 9 Severability clause
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
